Irmeli is a teacher from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences, School of Vocational Teacher Education. Here she speaks about the Teacher Education Program – and the weather in Finland in November. MKFC has started the online vocational teacher training together with Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences making it possible for students from all over the world to participate.

In addition to basic pedagogic studies the program will be based on three important areas of competence in vocational teacher education, guiding counselling and teaching competence, networking competence, research and development competence.
