Great local change reported by the Chief of Niliyungdo village, MKFC CAP Team area, Ghana

The Chief of Niliyungdo in northern Ghana confirms the great change as a result of Sharing Awareness work in common with the local MKFC CAP Team

On behalf of the Chief of Niliyungdo Bimbila District, Northern Ghana Mr. Solomon, the village teacher, has kindly translated this Statement on local changes for better health and living conditions, brought out by the village people together with the local MKFC CAP Team:

“In a community where hope seemed lost, our children were constantly ill, our mothers and wifes were always tired. The community was polluted, we could not sit outside, for mosquitoes plagued the environment.

We had given up hope. But we never thought that through the simple steps of Sharing Awareness, we could change our community!

Our children are healthier, our mothers and wife’s now sit outside and laugh with each other. Our community has changed! and now we know if we can, you can too! ”
